Enter into the great room, where you will find plenty of space for entertaining. Featuring a lakeside view, the great room is ideal for large groups to gather and make memories. A well-appointed sitting area offers plenty of room to lounge comfortably. Sharing the great room sitting area, the dining area also shares views of the lake, making it feel almost as if you're dining alfresco. The bright and spacious kitchen features an island breakfast bar with seating and plenty of counter space for preparing and serving meals.

Just down the hall from the great room area you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Downstairs; the lower level boasts three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a kitchenette. As a bonus, an additional family room with ping pong table for indoor entertainment is available for your enjoyment. Challenge your group of travelers to a game of ping pong on a rainy day and see who has the most wins!
Walk outside and enjoy a tranquil evening of stargazing in the brand new hot tub. At the lakefront you will find the newly built dock; perfect for sunbathing or fishing. Take a leisurely paddle on the lake in some of the non-motorized watercraft that's been provided for your entertainment.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.

6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
