The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate WC on this level. The upper floor houses three rooms, each measuring 11 square meters, with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning.
