ALL POOL RULES MUST BE OBSERVED. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO POOL PARTIES.
No diving. No running, pushing, or other dangerous horseplay. Be considerate of other residents. No yelling, loud music, or excessive noise (headsets are preferred). No glass containers are permitted in the pool area. Please use plastic containers for beverages.
No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pool area. No food is permitted in the pool area. No pets are allowed. Do not enter the pool area if you are sick. Place all trash in the proper receptacles. Keep the entry gate closed and locked at all times.
No guests other than approved stay occupants may be at the pool.
All children and minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a person who is at least 18 years of age. No sharp objects or non-water toys are permitted in the pool area. No water guns are permitted in the pool area. Children must use the ladder or steps when entering or exiting the pool. Lifesaving devices must remain in their designated locations at all times and may only be used in emergencies. Infants and children wearing regular diapers or pull-ups are not permitted in the pool. Swim diapers are required.
