This is the worst experience I have had with a hotel/motel!! We paid for a Suite,1 King Bed, Non Smoking (Upgrade). We had a family emergency so we booked this place on the way to town. We arrived around midnight very tired and emotional. We went strait to bed and woke up a few hrs later. We tried to shower but ended up so disgusted with the tub and the toilet in the bathroom. There is yellow splatter all over the tub. The shower head is held on with black tap. The carpet was stained and torn. The couch cushions were torn, stained, and smashed in. I moved the cushions and found trash all inside the pull out bed. The king size bed has stains all over the sheets. The furniture is worn and cracked. On top of all of that the AC is so old it barley blows and the room was hot. Them being a participating property within the Choice Hotels International portfolio, they are supposed to be held to a certain standard. They refused to give us a refund but after sending everything to Expedia they gave us full credit for us to stay at another place. hope you read this before staying here. Save yourself a headache

It's a decent place, but we had to ask for towels and even then they mentioned there was not enough wash cloths. Only half our room was cleaned. Other than that not too bad a place. Owners are nice and easy to work with.

This is not a hotel, it's a motel. Room wasn't very clean, there were mysterious stains on floor. Lobby is kept locked at all times, must ring bell to get staff to open unlike other hotels in the immediate area. Staff refused to assign a different room even though it was evident by empty parking lot that rooms would have been available.

We were first in room 122 (second to the end) and it was disgusting. The sheets had cigarette burns, the carpet was wet everywhere and not sure if it was urine. Then we got bit by bugs. Moved to a different room, which was cleaner but no towels. On the ceiling above the sink, someone stuffed paper towels in a hole instead of fixing it.

Roach motel! Stay somewhere else!!

There was dead roaches all over the room, the white towels were brown! Dust all over the room. I had to get bug spray and Lysol wipes and clean the room before we settled in. There was a half inch gap on the bottom of the front door. So any bugs could crawl in. I also lysol-ed the beds down just in case of bed bugs. No coffee filter for coffee maker. Bed was hard. The pool was brown and looked like it needed a cleaning. The best thing about my stay was their half way decent continental breakfast. Delish coffee, baked goods and fresh ready to make waffles. The ac was cold however we were put next to a smoke station so whenever someone was smoking outside, their smoke would be sucked into our room. The tv remote did not work and no manual power button either. I expected a lot more from a hotel that I was paying 3 figures to! But since it was a busy weekend in town, the hotel staff didn’t seem to care about their guests comfort. I did let the manager know my disappointment in their hotel. They didn’t seem to care!
