Everything has been designed for your comfort, nothing is missing. The villa is made up of three levels.
The ground floor offers two bedrooms with full private bathrooms. A King Size bedroom and a Queen size bedroom. Kitchen open to the entire living room, the bay windows offer brightness and a breathtaking view of the tropical vegetation and the ocean.
All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.
The second floor, accessible by two staircases, offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with full private bathrooms. The master bedroom equipped with a large KING Size bed, plus a sofa bed FULL size for 2 persons.
One Queen Size bedroom and another KING Size bedroom.
All the rooms open onto a terrace allowing you to spend sweet moments with family or friends while contemplating the horizon of the Ocean under the gentle breeze of the Trade Winds.
The third floor is an air-conditioned mezzanine equipped with two twin beds plus a Twin inflatable mattress under the sloping roof.
Please note that the staircase is steep and not accessible for individuals with reduced mobility or young children without supervision from their parents.

For your information:
Included in the Price for a minimum of 8 nights: Internet Wifi, local cable TV, Housekeeping entry, exit and one time in the middle of your stay with change of bed linen.
If necessary, a washing machine is available for your personal laundry and the rest of the household linen, such as towels, swimming pool or kitchen towel.
Gardener and pool maintenance.
Not included: Your electricity consumption remains your responsibility during your stay.
Only your consumption in Kilowatt is invoiced to you at the legal rate in force in the village. This sum is recovered in cash the day you leave the house.
The price per kilo watt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD
There are two digital code safes is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or loss of the key, we will ask you to pay 150 USD for changing the safe.
We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.
