The property is very nice. Unfortunately, I had problems. (1) my reservation was for a king, but I was assigned a double. Told the 3rd party reserved wrong room. (2) found 2 bugs in bed. Room was otherwise very clean. (3) I spoke to manager about switching rooms shen never apologized or made any effort to acknowledge the inconvenience. She was professional but lacked any sense of friendliness (not even a smile). She seemed unhappy which made me feel uncomfortable. She put me in another double despite me mentioning I reserved a king. (3) tv resident work in new room took over 1 hour to get it fixed. Needless to say, not a great experience.
Found one bug (killed it) and then a second bug when I was going to clean it.

It took a very long time to get the right room. After checking in, we had to change the room a couple of times and I had to keep going back and forth from the wrong room to the lobby and drive back and forth, as well as unload and load the luggage each time due to the wrong room being assigned. They said when they received the booking from Expedia, it was sent to them as a different room that was a lower tier than what we actually reserved

This place feels more like a large motel than a hotel. The main building looks nice, but the rooms are a completely different story. There were people smoking weed right outside their doors, loud noises throughout the night, and constant yelling. The environment felt chaotic and very disrespectful. I would strongly advise avoiding this place. I do not recommend it and will never return. Parking is free, but they add an unexpected $31 fee at check-in. It’s definitely not worth the money. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

We booked and paid for a Crown 2-story suite, but we didn't get the room we booked. Instead, we received a regular room with two double beds and are being charged extra. The heater doesn't work, either. It's cold in the room, which makes us unable to rest well, in addition to being super tired from the road trip. We need to move to another room tomorrow. We are very disappointed. We don't think we expected too much.
