Vegas dump

Hotels.com should be ashamed of allowing the rating of this property that they do. Since expedia took over, you can not trust any of the rating's of Hotel.com properties, and I am done with them. This was a dump. A 30 year old Days in or hourly hotel, with no upgrades, dirty, smelly, run down.

The staff was friendly. It was kind of mediocre overall. I was able to get a nice rest the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. It was okay. If you're big on fancy, you may not enjoy it as much.

The room was adequate, appreciated having a fridge and microwave. It looks like it needs to be updated. There was damage in the bathroom. It would be nice if HBO or Showtime was available. There is the perfect opportunity for people to make their own little breakfast sandwiches. there was round egg and sausage and all that was missing was around English muffin! Definitely think you should add it to your breakfast. The front desk lady when we checked in was very friendly.

Not what I hoped for

The room was not very clean. Lots of stains on the chairs and carpet. Hair in the bathroom on the floor. No screen on the window. The tv was ancient. Not enough plugs.

Rooms are very dated and in disrepair. Many things broken or not working. Stayed 6 nights and our room was never cleaned and we had to ask for towels twice. All except one staff member were friendly. Indoor pool was warm and open 24 hours.
