Came to Vegas to see family and enjoy the Fremont strip. This place was amazing and just what we needed to make the trip amazing. The pool is so relaxing and the hot tub is awesome.

Relaxing an away from the strip.

This was a good house for the most part and the owner is responsive. I enjoyed the house as it is very roomy and accommodating for most needs. The COX internet is a little slow, but it works as well as COX can.The use of the pool is limited to asking the owner to turn it on remotely, since the controls were locked behind a gate. I did not plan my trips to the pool, so we skipped using it. We only got eight rolls of TP but since we were there for four days, we were fine with two people.The place is furnished well and could use some updating. It looks like it was decorated fifteen or more years ago.The location is close to the Air Base, so the jets and choppers get loud in the morning sorties.I will consider staying again if we come back.

Quick weekend for a family

The property manager was great. Incredibly responsive and the property was as advertised. No issues at all during our stay and would recommend to anyone who needs to be in North Vegas and not living on the strip.

Quiet Neighborhood, excellent host.

I took my wife and two adult daughters to see the bright lights of Vegas... but I didn't want to stay on the strip or party all night... or listen to those that do. This home is in a quiet neighborhood in north vegas... an excellent place to relax and get away from the heart of the city but only about 20 minutes drive to the strip.. the owner was accommodating, friendly, and concerned for both his guests' comfort and the maintenance of the safe and quiet neighborhood, which we appreciated.

Stay in North Las Vegas

Three of us stayed for 4 nights at this property last week. It’s great to have a gathering room to chat and have drinks/ coffee. You don’t get that in a hotel. The kitchen is well appointed but you do have to hunt abit for things. All pots etc aren’t together. Beds were comfy. You will need to have a car to get around. It’s not close to anything. It’s a residential area, not suitable if you’d like to party. The most noise we heard was a neighbours dog that barked a lot! There is a pool table for some fun. A BBQ. The pool wasn’t usable this time of year. There is a hot tub. Unfortunately to use it you need to contact the host who will turn it on remotely, but it takes 90 mins to come to temp…so really you can’t get up and have a quick tub. It has to be pre planned. The owner was very responsive however. Overall I enjoyed my stay there.

The stay was amazing. Clint and I had an open line of communication the entire time and there wasn't a single big issue.Will definitely be checking Clint and his property out again next time I'm in town.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home. Clean and well supplied. Photos are exactly as shown on the site. Chuck was extremely responsive to all issues. The spa and pool are gorgeous but only able to use the spa 2 to 3 hours a day and you need to text the owner to turn it on. Takes about 90 minutes to get to comfortable temperature in the winter. The neighbors dogs all around the property bark excessively and was the worst part of being outdoors. Hard to enjoy yourself when the dogs are barking and waking you up early. We were without heat for a couple of mornings but Chuck was extremely responsive to resolve the issues. Needed to change our plans a couple of days to be able to let the repair men in and to charge the furnace.

Great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle. A bit of a drive from the Strip, but not too far. Home was clean and well equipped. Bring your own coffee. The pool table was a fun bonus. Clint was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions. Would stay here again.

Amazing time!

This house was the perfect fit for our family. We needed somewhere to stay while our house was being repaired due to flooding. The owner was very helpful and nice and communication was great. The only downfall about this home which really isn’t the property owners fault there are just a lot of dogs in the neighborhood next-door and behind this property and they bark all day long and sometimes aggressive barking. It was a little scary for the kids in the hot tub but other than that we had a great time. The house is warm cozy and we absolutely will be returning if we want to staycation, or we will be spreading the word to our family and friends that come to visit! Thanks for being a great host and we enjoyed our time at your home!

Highly Recommend!

This is a very nice vrbo rental. The neighborhood is quiet, well maintained, and felt very safe. Access to the 215 and I-15 freeways is approx 2 miles away. There is a neighborwood Walmart grocery less than a mile away, and a large Smith's grocery and CVS a few blocks past that. Big Walmart within a few miles. Other reviews have mentioned the neighbor's (unseen) dogs. Eh. They bark for a minute then stop. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the covered patio without any issues. The house has an open, family friendly layout. The primary bedroom is on the opposite side from the other 2 bedroooms. Beds are very comfortable and the house is super clean. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Good place fo stay!

Excellent property. Owners super easy to communicate with and very friendly. Pictures are 100% true, beds were comfortable and we were close to everyrhing. Easy to uber places if needed as we were a larger group and at times we split apart.
