Perfect home base for a group trip. Best property manager EVER.

Short and sweet: Great property, well-provisioned with a quiet location that's convenient to anything you might need.The property manager was amazing, full stop. Proactive, extremely responsive to any questions, and amazingly welcoming and accommodating. I've saved this listing as it will be my first choice for any future group trips.Seriously the best experience I've had in years, can't recommend highly enough.

Great Golf Trip

Great place to stay. Super outdoor area that we used a lotEnjoyed playing on the pool table as well.Older good friends coming to Las Vegas to play golf for 3 days. Stayed 4 nights. Super place to stay and our host was super to work with!!

Spring break

We had a great experience! The house was very clean and well-stocked. Cindy was very easy to contact and very accommodating. The bedrooms were good size. The four kids loved the kids bedroom. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for all. The backyard was also very nice and the pool and hot tub were great. I would definitely recommend for a family.

Great Location and Property!

This house was absolutely awesome! The location was perfect, central to many great spots in Henderson, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.The home itself was spacious and well-equipped. We loved the pool table—it got a ton of use during our stay! The TVs throughout the house were a great touch, especially since we spent a good amount of time relaxing indoors. The rooms were large and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of space to unwind.While the pool and spa weren’t heating, it honestly didn’t affect our stay at all—we still had an amazing time.Overall, we had an absolute blast and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Henderson. Would definitely come back!

Quiet and Quaint

Located in a nice quiet neighborhood although minutes from grocery, restaurants and shopping. Far enough from the Vegas strip but close enough to visit easily. Very roomy home (we had 9) with all the essentials! Spacious backyard with pool/hot tub that everyone enjoyed! The host was quick to communicate and helped with anything we needed.

Family vacation

The house was very well equipped. Lots of extras ( towels, life jackets, spices…) There was plenty of space for the nine of us. It would have been nice to have a binder of instructions for things such as the spa, tvs, garbage day, etc. Most rentals I have been to has one of these. We did have some problems with the pool heat but Cindy was as helpful as she could be with that.

LV Stay

I would never stay here again. Neighbor dogs bark all am. The pool is charged daily even if you only want it for a day which was not advertised up front only after booking and not till the week before so too late to cancel. We were going to be happy with hot tub use, but took hours to warm up and property contact would turn it off when we left it on awaiting it to be warm. We only were able to use it one day and she was so worried about electric bill never tried again. A positive was the spices and kitchen set up. But if you are there for pool use/hot tub don't bother. We should have gotten a hotel for the cost and limitations. She explained local rules on pool hot tub use after 9pm and before 10am but honestly the neighbor dogs were more of an issue then we would have ever been. I have great kids and stressed out the whole day we tried to make the hot tub thing happen due to the time it took her to warm up.

Great place to stay with kids for a baseball tournament. Only negative was the neighbor lady that yelled at the kids for playing out front. It was 4 pm and she was not happy about it.

Amazing House and Host

House was absolutely perfect! The host offered us an early checkin and late check out for no extra cost. There was a case of cold waters in the refrigerator upon arrival and a basket of snacks. The house was exactly as described. The host went above and beyond to answer any questions and make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

Great location & host!

We had a family of 9 stay here for a week. Great location, there is so much near by. The house had everything you could need. AC worked great in the hot summer heat. The pool was great and was clean. Host was very accomodating and friendly. The only two downfalls was the bed in the middle room was very noisy when moving and you could feel the springs. All the other beds were great and comfortable. Not much you can do about a neighbors dog but the neighbors dog was outside yapping all day long and all week. Overall, we give this property and host a 5 star rating. Thank you so much!

Sick New World concert

Pictures make it look better than it is

When we arrived the pool was freezing, we paid the extra $500 to heat the pool but it didn't ever get warm. They had the pool guy out and was doing work on it so the hot tub wouldn't heat for a day and a half. The pool was very dirty, dirt on the bottom and not clean. They do not have a TV outside that is in the pictures. No garage access so we stored our e-bikes inside the front door and got in trouble for that. We had 3 $5,000 bikes we didn't want to get stolen. I had my mom and brother come over for one of the days and they kept messaging me about how I had too many people there. They watch the cameras constantly. Kinda creepy. Never had such a horrible experience staying at a VRBO. The "rules I broke": Had two additional people over for a day, when the hot tub wouldn't turn on my brother looked at the unit outside to see if it was switched off. didn't do anything just looked. We put two outdoor chairs in the pull on the sunbathing shelf. Was supposed to use the dirty chairs that are located behind the fence that we were told to not go into. Then they saw us bring in the e-bikes (not gas or dirty dirt bikes) on the camera. We just stood them on their kick stands inside the front door at night. It was a laminate floor that we even laid a moving blanket down to put them on. But she was very rude and not accommodating at all. When I finally told her I was not texting her anymore because I was on vacation she got upset and said she had the right to ask us to leave.

Best communication and accommodation!

Not only was the house wonderful- very clean and very well equipped, but Cindy was the best communicator and helped accommodate everything we needed. The pool table, while not level and a bit dated, was great fun to have, as was the hot tub. A beautiful home, great location, perfect owner/host, and a wonderful holiday stay for my family!!

Awesome Property!

Our family stayed at this property when we came to town to visit relatives. Perfect location for us. The house was very clean and comfortable. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. Hot tub gets nice and hot and the outside pool area is so relaxing. Cindy was very responsive to all of our needs and questions. One of the best we’ve ever dealt with! We definitely plan on staying again in the future!
