I really wish I could leave a 5-star review, but unfortunately I can’t. I would rate my experience 2–3 stars at best. I booked and paid for a King Bed Premium Room through Expedia. However, when I checked in at Caesars Palace, I was given a room with two queen beds instead. I showed the front desk my confirmation clearly stating a king bed, but the staff member said their system showed two queens. The only solution offered was to come back the next day to see if I could switch rooms. I felt misled because I paid specifically for a king bed and was not offered any partial refund or compensation for the difference. On top of that, I had to wait in the check-in line for about an hour because there were only two front desk employees working at the time. Overall, it was disappointing to pay that much money and not receive the room I booked, while also dealing with such a long wait at check-in. The only acknowledgment for the inconvenience was a brief “sorry about that,” which didn’t feel adequate given the situation. I expected much better.

We love staying at Cesars Palace, the rooms are spacious, very clean and the bed is comfortable. There are so many things to do here, eat, drink, relax poolside! We came to see Def Leppard play at the coliseum and they were great!

First our room was ok. I booked for a king size bed and when we got the they gave us a 2 queen room because they said because I booked with Expedia they could give us either or. The problem is that they had some king size rooms available but they wanted me to pay extra to get them!!! Then you would think at that price that they would give you complimentary water bottles and kcups for their Keurig machines but no. Nothing. All the other hotels I went in the past in Vegas gave us vouchers to spend inhouse but nothing here. We took an Uber to get there from the airport and only at the Caesar’s Palace that they don’t let the Uber company to drop you off in front of the hotel so we had to walk all the way from the back to the front with our luggage to go check in. Frustrating actually. Especially when Las Vegas are looking for tourists at the moment, really poor customer service. I would definitely book at another hotel if I’d go back. First time that I’m disappointed from a hotel in Vegas. I’ve stayed at Wynn, Planet Hollywood, Paris, Aria and they were all excellent. Thx

Room was not worth the price. No maid service for the three days, there was a coffee maker but no coffee, and the shower has a strange design that allow is to leak out all over the main bathroom floor.
