The staff is absolutely the friendliest on the strip. Highly recommend this hotel- nice clean and spacious rooms, the front desk girl hooked us up when she saw how exhausted we were from flight delays. The bell boy (men actually Almir) was the nicest service person I’ve ever met in Vegas, so professional and sweet. Love all the food options in Ceasers, just top notch!

I have always stayed at this property since I got married here. It had always been a great experience up until now. The room had a very unpleasant smell and it looked very outdated. We had to go back downstairs to ask for another room. We even tipped the gentleman for helping us get a better room. Turns out it was worse and we found out until we came back from walking the strip late at night. The shower flooded, we requested maintenance and never showed up it was also dirty and had hair on faucet. The carpet was coming apart and I found hair on the sheets and pillows, I called the front desk and was told to go back down and speak with a manager. They moved us again for the 3rd time, same thing with the shower it was clogging, and the sheets smelled really bad like wet mop. I called to report it to the front desk and the response was, we are fully booked and doubt they will move you again. Never again will I stay in this property, I was not offered not even a partial refund, only a $100 credit to a restaurant which $100 is nothing with this economy.

The man that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice, but very noisy. I had never stayed at Caesars before and always wanted to, so I took my whole group. It was beautiful! The biggest issue I had, and I should have known, it is hard to get off the property to go explore. The absolute vastness of Caesars property is unbelievable. If I only want to visit Caesars or take a cab every time I leave the property, I would stay there again. If I want easy access to other properties I will stay at a different Caesars property.

Room 360 in Julius Tower is looking at the roof and facing another tower so you have no Vegas view. Not even a street, not a hotel window view. Your best view is to see some clouds and to get daylight into your room. Aside from that it was great. It didn’t bother our weekend trip since we did t spend time in the room but I can’t give 5 stars if my view had no signs of life.

Keys would not work every morning and would have to get them re issued. Ice machine broken. Self parking is located too far away. Noisy plumbing. Place is getting old.
