A manager called to follow up on an issue and was resolved. Property definitely needs some renovations; a title was falling off in our bathroom, toilet paper holder kept falling off, pool area some paint was missing, daybeds were fraying. Needs some TLC

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. When I arrived, the suite was not clean—the beds were unmade, there was trash on the floor, and items left behind from previous guests were still in the room. This is unacceptable and far below the standards I expected. The hotel seriously needs to improve its cleanliness and attention to detail.

Bad experience from the staff who checked us in. We had to wait for 10 minutes when one staff was on the phone talking. After 10 minutes, she got another lady came to help us. The one who checked us in was so rude and really bad. Not even said hello or told us why she charged our credit card; not even said sorry or thank for waiting… The hotel itself is good and the cost is decent; but I don’t think we come back to this hotel again and definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

It’s Caesar’s

I went big and valet parked like I’m a high roller- I’m not. After two hours hanging about in the room went searching for the bags to swim. Three attempts and they arrived and we hit the pool at 5:45 only to be booted out fifteen minutes later. Huh? I thought it was a joke until everyone got booted. Vegas… go gamble no swimming. That said, it’s Caesar and Vegas so we gambled dined drank and had a great time. No worries

Caesars Palace was large and impressive. Beautiful sculptures, shopping mall, casino, everything that fits Las Vegas. Good, clean large rooms. A little more expensive food than in other hotels.

Very beautiful, luxury hotel in Vegas

Beautiful property, among the best in Vegas. The furnishing and the hotel ambience is truly breathtaking. Massive property with all (and more) amenities that you would expect. The room was large, well furnished and luxurious. Only disappointment: They charge a "Resort Fee" of $52 per night for Wifi and Gym access. This fee is MANDATORY and you cannot not pay this. However, you are not informed about this at the time of booking!!!
