NO PARTIES, NO PET, NO EVENTS, NO EXCEPTIONS!! featuring a large & deep pool w/ covered patio seating (not heated), 10 Min. drive away from the strip with easy highway access situated in a very quite neighborhood near airport car rental. Newly remodeled house has 2 bed 2 bath, 2 queen size beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa can accommodate up to 6 guests. Covered 2-car garage, fully equipped kitchen makes it a perfect crib for small groups, families.

Pros: location was great for us, accessing shows in the strip and close to the airport and other amenities. The space worked well for our family of five. The pool setup was nice, but it is not heated, so it was more like an ice bath for us since we were there in March. Area was safe and quiet. Communication was spot on.Cons: beds are not comfortable. Main shower wouldn’t drain well. We couldn’t walk around in socks or bare feet, as it turned our feet black because the floors were so dirty.I would choose a different place if I was looking again.

Great communication from the host, the location is perfect for access to the strip and airport. The home is exactly as depicted--we would stay again. Unfortunately the pool is not heated and it was too chilly to enjoy, but otherwise a great stay.

The house is very cute and clean. Perfect for a quiet stay in Vegas. The pool is not heated, so if it is not around 90 degrees most days, it might be too cold to swim. We didn’t mind but keep that in mind if booking for the pool!

This was our first VRBO stay and we were pleasantly surprised. We chose this property because of the private backyard. It did not disappoint unfortunately we did not take any pictures to share. The check-in process was excellent and very simple. We only just lounged around for the three day nights we were there. We focused on some work in the early morning, but continued to enjoy the pool and the sun for the remainder of the day. We only left the property once to meet friends for dinner. I am an early riser so I was up daily around 4:30 AM enjoying the quietness and serenity of the backyard. I want to thank the owners for our for a great experience for our first VRBO. I am sure that there will be many more in our future.

True Paradise!

If you’re coming to Vegas, this is certainly THE place to stay! The pool is an incredible feature of this property and we used it morning, noon and night. :)Plenty of space in the bedrooms, clean and updated bathrooms and the kitchen was well stocked. 5 mins to the airport and 10 to the strip. Thanks to Maya and Turk for the awesome stay!

Fantastic Stay

The accommodations was perfect, the quiet neighborhood was exactly what we were looking for! What stands out the best for us, was the proximity to night life in Vegas and the proximity to touring the Grand canyon and other great sights we explored! I highly recommend this quaint place!

WWWY Festival Weekend Stay

Maya & Turk were easy to communicate with. The property was clean and upgraded. It was a perfect spot to relax after a long music fest day. A dip in the pool made it all the better. Quiet neighborhood. We will be back in April to enjoy it again.

Perfect Haven

This VRBO house really was perfect for our stay! No matter which direction our adventures took us, we never had to drive far! Very clean, inviting and spacious, we had everything we needed! We thought the mattresses were a little lumpy feeling but the fabulous shower more than made up for it! (I’m on the hunt for a shower head like that for me)! And the management team perfectly hugged the line of being accessible and ready to help without interrupting our vibe!
