My family and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was cleaned and comfortable, and everything met our needs. The only downside was the pet fee. It felt a bit high and added up quickly, which was tough on the wallet. Otherwise, a good experience overall.

​I had high expectations for this stay, but the lack of soundproofing ruined my experience. The walls are incredibly thin—I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway all night long. ​Even at 2 AM, the noise was so loud that it was impossible to get any sleep. If you are a light sleeper or value your rest, you might want to look elsewhere. The hotel needs to seriously look into better soundproofing for their guest rooms.

It needs to be better advertised that this is a long term stay hotel. Cleaning and towel service is only every 4 days. As it was new, lots of glitches. Our phone didn't work. There were guests (longer term) that were openly, using copious Marijuana.
