This is a great neighborhood which is tucked away in a cul de sac. These property lots are terrific because they are over sized and spacious in size. Also, the home is close to many local attractions and minutes away from the fabulous Las Vegas Downtown and strip.

You will have access to the entire property and all of the relaxing outdoor spaces which include:
the main pool with water features, fire pit gardens under the palm trees, game area, casita suite, covered patio social area, lounging relaxation area with big comfy loungers, and an outdoor kitchen with a full BBQ and wine fridge for your enjoyment.

As you enter our quaint oasis in the desert you will explore and be submerged in the tranquil spa like resort surroundings both inside and out. This peaceful modern spa resort style set up is surrounded by swaying palm trees and includes all complimentary guest amenities for your added comfort and convenience so you can spend more time relaxing with family and friends. We have thought of everything so you don’t have to =)
