The room was less than average. Towels had red hair in them. Shower wasnt clean, had black foot prints. The entire building smells of cigarettes although its a no smoke property. The cleaning staff is nice but the front desk guy is rude. He called some guys "f idiots" when they checked in asking about parking. Then started raising his voice at them when they asked him where the their room was located. Like that is HIS job. Mind you, this was infront of other guests who just look at one another in surprise with his behavior. You may save some money staying here but I highly suggest just paying more for your buck elsewhere.

Our arrival yesterday was a mix of pleasant and frustrating. While the two staff members greeting us were friendly, our urgent need for restrooms after a five-hour drive from LA was overshadowed by their prolonged welcome. After finally checking into our room, we found it aesthetically pleasing, but discovered a shortage of towels for our party of three. We received only a 'set and a half' of towels. Additionally, we expected amenities like slippers, which were not provided. When we inquired, we were told to purchase them from a nearby Target. Our room's location at the far end of the hotel was inconvenient. We had to drive to the back, near the pool, to access our second-floor room, which was one of the last rooms in the hallway. This distance from the front desk was not mentioned during check-in. The following morning, we requested more towels and were told to bring the used towels to the front desk for an exchange. This was particularly inconvenient given our room's location at the opposite end of the hotel, and the fact that the elevator was out of order

Horrible hotel

It was a very old and dirty hotel. The bathroom was clean but the drain in the sink was plugged up. The gym was a joke. Two of three treadmills did not work and the one that did was as old as the hotel. The “gym” room was smaller than a studio room. And it was filthy with many dead bug carcasses etc. I would never stay there again.

It was great value for money! Only a mile from the strip, surrounded by many good restaurants, within view of the Sphere and the High Roller! Would definitely book a room again.

Suite I was in, I don't know when it was cleaned last time. We were walking bear feet and could see black color at our feet. So filthy. One of the kitchen cabinet was broken completely. AC unit was working but it's parts we're hanging. One of the chair had peeled off leather. Stove top was working fine. We could see many trespassers in the hotel parking area. Definitely not safe location for family with kids.

The room had the basic necessities of a hotel room but was so dirty that I felt uncomfortable to do anything including taking a shower. Spend a bit extra and actually enjoy your stay.
