The rooms are large and clean but sparsely decorated. Valley attendants were very personable. No coffee in-room and Starbucks is a good walk. Check-in was easy at kiosk but not very personable. Many restaurants were closed. We did not have a chance to check out the pool area at all.

Very nice except for check in. I came in from the 4th floor parking garage. There was a check in hooth that was unmanned. A sign said use the kiosk. I did and was rejected. I looked around for someobe to ask and found a security guy. He said to walk a long was to the hotel main check in. After checking in i made the long walk back to my car and passing the original place i tried to check in there was a guy in the booth. I asked where he was 20 minutes ago, he did not respond. Yhe rood was great.

Stay was just ok I did like the feature in just doing online checking in cause the line I saw there was at least a 2hr long wait getting my key cards was easy. Our room was located in the Masquerade Tower out carpets were wet like they they had just wet vacuumed it. But it stood like that until we left Sunday morning. It smelled like wet rag and the AC wasn’t working that well.

We were told the property was renovated. Our room was dirty, we had water leaking from our bathroom ceiling. The carpet was discolored, the bath/shower looked like one you would use at a Truckstop! Tried our hand at slots, . Lost $1,000 on a dollar machine in THIRTY MINUTES. Out of 1,000 spins, 21% paid us more than our bet! It was a SEVERE MONEY GRAB. NEVER EVER GOING BACK
