Yksi makuuhuone remontoitu kaupunkiasunto sijaitsee Las Vegas sydämessä. Tämä kaupunkiasunto on täysin remodeled sisustus! Tämä kaupunkiasunto on 1 makuuhuone ja 1 kylpyhuone vetäytyvä sohva ylimääräinen vieras! Voit hengailla pihalla tai käydä nauhalla ja ruokailla lähellä sijaitsevissa monissa ravintoloissa! Kaupunkitalo sijaitsee alle 1,6 kilometrin päässä Ballyn kasinoista ja Pariisin hotellista! Tärkeimmät ravintolat ja talousalue sijaitsevat alle puolen kilometrin päässä. Silver Sevens kasino sijaitsee kadun toisella puolella kaiken pelaamisen tarpeisiin! Meidän kaupunkitalo on myös kävelymatkan päässä UNLV! Nämä paritalot ovat vanhempia yksiköitä, mutta meillä on ollut täydellinen remodel. Se sijaitsee lähellä nauhaa tarkoittaa, että olet vanhemmat naapurustot. Tämä yhteisö on kuitenkin erittäin turvallinen!
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Atomic Museum.

Not many amenities within walking distance and a sketchy area is nearby and to be avoided. Uber works well here. Very quiet and comfortable. Great for attending a trade fair at the convention centre. Needs a shelf in the shower. The patio blinds need replacing. There is no bbq

Decent price, not too far from the strip.

It was decent. Not too far from strip, def in the hood part of the area. Neighbors dogs barked a lot. Was a few sketchy people coming around the gate and a couple at the entrance of the community. The inside was clean but def halfway job like the cleaner just rushed through it. Had all appliances that were needed. Internet was slow but better than nothing.

Great getaway

Everything about booking and staying was simple and easy. The neighborhood is older but I’m a local so this wasn’t an issue at all. The townhouse itself is adorable, well maintained, fully stocked with essentials and cozy. My teenage sons and I really enjoyed our stay!

Nice Condo Terrible Experience

Nicely updated condo. Unfortunately we raw had sewage come up into the shower. We had to find another place to stay. I understand things happen and thought the owners would refund us immediately, but they are unwilling to give any refund. What we saw made it impossible to return. I would absolutely not recommend this property.

This unit is small, clean & comfortable but in a bad neighborhood.

We stayed at this unit for 2 weeks for business & found this to be economical & clean. It had what we needed (except toaster) & enjoyed having the washer/dryer and the patio. It is 8 miles to Bally’s & not close enough to walk to the strip as indicated, so we Ubered it everywhere and was told by most drivers how bad the area was. We did walk to Target in the daylight & passed by a number of homeless camps & individuals on the street. We would not walk at night. It is also on the flight path to the airport, so listened to the jets overhead, but did not have difficulty sleeping. We did have a couple evenings of loud shouting & cursing from the neighborhood next door.

Place was clean and roomy. Not the best neighborhood for walking around but we felt very safe there. Enjoyed the quietness & privacy.

Nicely renovated!

My husband, college student daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was a quick drive to the Vegas Strip. The townhouse has been renovated and had the amenities we needed. We thought that this was a small one bedroom for three people even though there is a pull out sofa in the living room. There was not quite enough space for our suitcases (did I mention I was travelling with my daughter who overpacked?). Also, even though the location is close to the strip, the townhouse is located near a homeless camp in the overflow ditch. This made walking at night a little uncomfortable for us. This was unfortunate as there are some delicious restaurants in walking distance of the townhouse. Also, understandably, there are metal bars on the windows and doors of the townhouse for our safety, however, the bars are detracting from the view. We did feel safe inside the townhouse at night. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Everything you need!

We stayed for a week and enjoyed the Vegas nightlight while taking in the National parks and golf courses during the day. Location is perfect for getting to anywhere in and around Vegas. The apartment has all the amenities you might need.
