The spacious open-plan lounge and dining area seamlessly connected to a delightful outdoor al fresco space. It`s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring.
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and plenty of storage, including a handy dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze.
The bedrooms boast comfy queens sized beds and built-in wardrobes, providing ample space for your belongings. You`ll wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day.
The large bathroom offers a separate bath and shower, ensuring you have options to suit your preferences. It`s a spa-like oasis where you can relax and rejuvenate.
This property is located just minutes from the CBD, Riverbend Park, Silos Hotel, Seaport and UTAS Stadium.
Guests will have access to the whole home
No parties please. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.
A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.
Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.
If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.
Stripe processing fee will be deducted if the guest requests a refund.
