Kid’s cots and extra air mattresses can be provided on demand. A kitchen with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker is available for the prestigious guests. Delightful dining area and a living room with smart TV. There are amazing restaurants, cafes, and bars, and the main highway is just one mile away. Enjoy nature with a lot of parks and trails. APL lab is around the corner and NSA Fort Meade is just 10 miles away from the location. Perfect for the weekend, business trips, APL students, and NSA employees. Cozy home-based experience while exploring everything North Laurel has to offer.BWI Airport just 15 minutes drive. Washington DC and Baltimore 15 miles away.

Good Stay in Laurel

We had a good stay in Laurel. Sam was very accommodating and prompt to assist/reply when we had a WiFi connection issue. We had ample and clean space for three adults. The only area for improvement would be the A/C set up... Even with extra fans in the bedrooms, it was hard to sleep with the bedroom doors closed due to the central cooling system being located only in the living room. It was adequate, but could use some improvement. Overall though they had ample everything else to make the stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Lied about AC

First when you arrive you aren't sure where you are supposed to park or where the entrance is. The biggest issue is that it says it's air conditioned, while they do have 1 AC unit it isn't adequate for the space. At first it was randomly shutting off after about 6 hours. It became very obvious after the 2nd night it was being controlled outside of the space being rented. It stared just shutting off after 3 hours. Never getting to a comfortable temperature. We ended up leaving early due to how hout it was getting.

Perfect for a Show

We traveled up to Columbia for a show at Merriweather and were so fortunate to find this listing! Sam was a wonderful host and the space was perfect to have a home base right down the road from the show. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area for a show!

Perfect Overnight for an early BWI flight

The property is located close to BWI Airport, the reason for our overnight stay. Everything was very clean and organized, and the beds were comfortable.

Great Location

Great, central location. Close to everything! Easy drive to Baltimore, DC, Annapolis and all points. Unit was clean and easy to access. It does have a flight of outside stairs down, but no problem for me. Comfortable foam mattress, slept great. Definitely recommend!
