Very nice stay

Marisa was very helpfull and helped us when nessecary. The house is good but a bit old. We enjoyed our stay. The swimmingpool was very nice and it is close to Lazise.

Nice , property great location, very helpful

Very clean property, had everything we needed , cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, air con . View of the lake , swimming pool. Marissa very helpful, met us on a late arrival ,great communication. Walking distance to lazise and shops. Plenty to do for the kids, great holiday !

Very nice location

We visited the appartment with our family (2 adults, 4 kids) and it was enough space for us. The pool was really great and we used it a lot for long and short stays. The walk to the beach and the city was about 10 minutes, supermarkets are around. The appartment had all we needed, though it is not the newest one. So we enjoyed our time there.

Bell’appartamento, pulito e molto confortevole. A circa 1,5 km dal centro Cucina completa di ogni accessorio (Cosa rara, spesso ci sono 2 pentole in croce). Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima la piscina condominiale. Ci siamo trovati bene

Goed verblijf. Appartement van 2 verdiepingen in gebouw met meerdere appartementen, deels verhuur maar deels ook vaste bewoners. Gemeenschappelijk zwembad, helaas wat strenge zwembad regels dus spelen met bal niet toestaan (minpuntje). Appartement volledig ingericht. Niet luxe maar wel ruim voldoende. Wifi niet optimaal functionerend. Loopafstand naar centrum en strand 20min. Contact met host verliep prima.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum des Ortes Lazise entfernt ( in den Abendstunden sind Parkplätze eine Rarität). Der Pool in der Anlage ist nicht besonders groß und auch nicht tief, reicht aber zum Abkühlen aus. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist OK. Wenn irgendwas fehlt ist es höchstens ein Backofen. Ansonsten ist alles da. Es gibt zwei kleinere Balkone. Auf dem einen kann man morgens mit 4 Personen bequem frühstücken.

Hab mich auch auf die sehr guten Rezensionen verlassen aber wurde dann bitter enttäuscht! Ja das stimmt schon , dass alles vorhanden ist was man braucht aber funktioniert hat das wenigste und von sauber sind wir weit entfernt!! Der Pool wär super wenn nicht immer so alte Damen mit einem schimpfen würden weil die Kinder spielen !! Alles in allem.....keine Urlaubsstimmung aufgekommen!!

Skønt ophold i Lazise

Super udlejer, og et overordnet skønt ophold i en meget veludstyret lejlighed uden mangler, og i fornuftig gåafstand fra Lazise by. Det skal desværre dog nævnes at 1 fastboende beboer i lejlighedskomplekset ikke accepterer nogen form for leg i eller omkring poolen, hverken af børn eller voksne. Dette fremgår ikke af annoncen - men reglerne fremgår af flere skilte ved poolen! Ved tidligere ophold i komplekset har vi selv oplevet at samme person skældte nogle børn ud for at lege i poolen, på trods af at der ikke var andre der kunne generes af legen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, war alles da was wir benötigt haben. Da wir oft zuhause gegessen uns vor allem gegrillt haben. Marisa ist sehr nett und zuvorkommen, Übergabe lief reibungslos. Die Stadt ist fussläufig in ca 10-12 min erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung im Obergeschoss war sauber und von der Lage sehr schön. In 20min ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Den Pool hatten wir die ganze Woche für uns allein. Was man auf den Fotos nicht sieht, ist dass das 2te schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss ist.

Es war wirklich alles super. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, die Ausstattung des Apartments, die Lage...einfach alles super. Ich würde aber empfehlen in der Veschreibung des Objekts anzugeben, dass der Schlafbereich im oberen Stock nicht durch eine Tür getrennt wird. Uns hat es nicht gestört aber es könnte eine hilfreiche Info sein für weitere Gäste

L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Petit bémol : les sanitaires ne sont accessibles qu'en traversant une chambre. Dans un environnement très touristique, on apprécie un logement très calme.
