Your mobilehome consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 40 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your mobilehome can be heated with central heating. The entrance leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, dinette, TV and safe. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with electric cooker (4 plates), refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with WLAN- internet access, telephone, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Holiday resort
National category 5 stars, 467 accommodations, reception, 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, café, internet (Wi-Fi), supermarket, and laundromat. A shuttle to the center of Lazise can be booked on-site.


Location
Fossalta. The mobile home is located in a holiday complex, on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) in the garage and on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property. Motorbikes are not allowed on the campsite and must be parked outside. The charging stations for electric cars at the campsite are free of charge.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early July to late August). Children's pool. From early July to late August, 3 out of 7 pools are open. Before and after this period, only one pool is available. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available in the pool area, subject to availability.


Leisure
In the complex: gym, mini golf, tennis (1 court), table tennis and bike rental. Animation for children from 4 years. NEW: Padel court. There is also a basketball court and a beach volleyball court. The entertainment and miniclub are available with a full programme from around the end of May to the end of August. The programme is reduced before and after this period.
