The elegant Villa Maxime with pool is located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, in the hinterland of Lazise. Surrounded by Mediterranean hilly landscapes, it is sheltered in the middle of a small community on the edge of the village of Lazise.
With over 120 square meters of living space, the villa offers 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms and an outdoor area for pleasant summer evenings.
The accommodation
There are a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms (equipped with showers, double washbasins, WC and bidet). The two smaller bedrooms have a shared bathroom and the master bedroom has a separate bathroom.
The spacious dining room and living room are ideal for communal dinners or small family gatherings. In the fully equipped kitchen, including a seating area with bar stools, amateur chefs will find everything their hearts desire: electric and gas hob, oven, dishwasher, ice cube machine, a wine cooler, a fridge with a large freezer compartment, coffee and espresso machine, a microwave and a combi-steamer.
A covered terrace connects the villa with a pool, a spacious garden and a sunbathing area for beautiful summer afternoons.
There is a washing machine and dryer right next to the villa's checkroom, which can be used by guests. In front of the villa you will also find a carport with parking spaces for two vehicles. There are 6 free parking spaces outside the villa.
Access for guests
Guests have exclusive use of the entire accommodation. Information for handing over the keys will be provided within 24 hours on the day of arrival.
