ASTRID by Terry's Homes

Located in the immediate vicinity of downtown Cannes, this charming 1930s residence has undergone a careful renovation that respects its architectural identity. Redesigned with a contemporary spirit, it offers approximately 250 m² of living space overlooking a landscaped garden.



In constant harmony with the exterior spaces and surrounding vegetation, the luminous and functional volumes are organized from the entrance around an elegant living room and a lateral dining room, in direct communication with a large terrace. From this, a staircase allows access to the garden and the swimming pool.



At the back, a spacious custom kitchen, fully equipped, opens onto a small intimate terrace and the garden. On the opposite side, a wing is dedicated to the large master suite, also open to the terrace.

On the lower level, a play area separates two suites, each with direct access to the outside and the pool: one has a king-size bed, the other a double bed and a single bed.

At the bottom of the garden, hidden in the greenery, a small outbuilding houses an independent studio.



A parking space is available inside the property, and free spaces are also accessible on the quiet street.



You can walk to the downtown of Le Cannet, or take the bus to reach Cannes city center in a few stops, where you will find grocery stores and markets for your fresh products.

The sea, the Croisette and the train station are 10 minutes away and Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is about 25 minutes away.
