The garden level opens onto a hall leading to three family bedrooms, each equipped with a 180x200 cm double bed (which can be converted into two 90 cm single beds upon request) and a mezzanine with two 90 cm single beds accessible by a ladder. One of the bedrooms is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM) with an adapted shower room and private toilet. This level also includes a separate toilet and a bathroom area with two showers and a double vanity. On the lower ground floor, there is a large, welcoming living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a bright relaxation corner, and a PRM toilet. Heated by an eco-friendly masonry heater, it provides gentle and consistent warmth. The owners, committed to environmental responsibility, will be happy to explain how it works.
