LEFT BANK - In a secure residence with elevator. Nice studio cabin on the 2nd floor consisting of a bright living room with sofa bed 140cm and tv overlooking a closed loggia and a balcony with open views of the Park, a kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, hob),at the entrance a cabin with bunk beds in 90cm, bathroom with a toilet. 1km from the city center and 200m from the beach and the Seaquarium. At your disposal, a small storage box (for bikes, scooter, scooter, beach business..). Furnished and equipped for 4/5 people.

OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
