Located on the wild coast of Pouliguen, in a former Pierre & Vacances residence with an outdoor pool and spa area, this 40 m² apartment with a balcony can accommodate 4 people.
On the first floor with a lift, its charming balcony offers an unobstructed view of the park and the pool.
The kitchen area has an electric hob, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and a toaster.
In the living room, you will find a dining area as well as a sofa bed offering sleeping for 2 people, and a television.
On the balcony, you can relax while enjoying the view thanks to 2 garden chairs.
The bedroom has a double bed and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and you will also find a separate toilet.
For greater comfort, a private parking space is included within the residence. You will be able to access the swimming pool, jacuzzi and hammam according to the co-ownership regulations. Possibility of booking massage services at the spa (chargeable).
