It is composed of a nice living room of 90 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 286 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 90 m² with cathedral ceiling, TV, Wifi (fiber optic), sofas and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A veranda.
- A storeroom.
- A separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining bathroom with whirlpool bathtub.
- Room 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A spa area with jacuzzi, which can accommodate 4 guests, available all year round under a shade sail as well as a terrace with a small lounge.
- A beautiful private garden, closed, of approximately 286 m² with a relaxation area under an arbour sheltering a garden furniture.
- A terrace of about 20 m², overlooking the garden on the west side, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Le Tampon, in a very pleasant environment within a residential area, offering a parenthesis combining comfort, calm and rest. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- The park of the palm trees to walk, stroll or jog.
- The health course of the point, starting point of 3 circuits (beginner, confirmed and sports athlete)
- Belvedere of Bois Court. A panoramic viewpoint over Grand Bassin which is only accessible on foot or by helicopter.
- Forest road of the volcano, the only road that serves the Piton de la Fournaise.
Visits and discoveries :
- La Cité du Volcan: Educational and scientific museum on the theme of the volcanoes of the world and on the Piton de la Fournaise.
- Flight over the volcano of the Piton de la Fournaise by helicopter.
- La Saga du rhum : the only museum dedicated to rum on Reunion Island.
- The beach and the lagoon of Saint-Pierre are less than 8 km away.
- Saint-Pierre and its fair market. You can find there all the specialities of Reunion Island. Colorful and full of scents, placed in the top 3 of the most beautiful markets in France.
