Historic, beautiful neighborhood with panoramic mountain views & just steps from main street. Please recognize that you'll be a guest in our small, local community, so please make sure to be respectful of the neighbors!



Getting Around:

Parking is street parking only, please be mindful of the city parking signs. Most of our guests bring a car, as public transit in the mountains is scarce.

This home is not child/baby proof, the electrical outs do not have covers, cabinets do not have locks, there is a heavy plant pot on a stool. We want to be transparent about this in case you bring a toddler.



This property does not have air conditioning.



This property is NOT pet friendly. - sorry, $100 fine if violated and immediate departure. Owners occupy this home part-time and have two dogs so this home is not recommended for people allergic or sensitive to dogs.

No smoking, anything, inside of the property. Please go outside if you'd like to smoke tobacco or marijuana and dispose of butts properly.

The home has a level 2 EV charger in back.



Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.



Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
