Private guesthouse on owners property, newly renovated and super clean. Strong wifi! 1.5 miles from downtown Leavenworth. Walk to the Icicle Trail Head. Biking, skiing, golf, shopping and plenty more to keep you busy. Surrounded by private acreage of beauty with one of Leavenworth's best view of the Sleeping Lady. We'll have a set of keys waiting for you and happy to provide local tips. 2 Adults max, no children, no visitors or pets please. Private pool open June-August.

It was as described. The pool was technically supposed to be closed for the season, but as the weather was still very warm, it was open. We didn't have suits but able to still sit and relax with our feet in the water. We met the host which is always nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. We normally do more hiking and exploring while we are in the area but this time we stayed at the property. I mean we still made it out to one winery for a tasting. We look forward to our return.

Lost in Leavenworth

Is what we were trying to be and this trip hit the mark, including our studio sized cabin with a private pool! The rules were easy, straightforward and clear. I made the mistake of thinking that it had a kitchenette, so I’m glad that we bought groceries that simply required refrigeration.

The best!

We came last year and returned this year because it’s such an oasis! Small and simple, but everything you need for a private stay with in town access. Our favorite is the private pool to soak, float, night swim and nap! Hosts are amazing!

Cozy couples get away

We had a lovely time in this cozy home. It was a convenient location to access all the fun of Leavenworth. We brought our own floaties for the pool and were able to use them on the river as well. Owners were quick to respond to any questions and very friendly.

Great place and a great value!

We stayed here for our anniversary. Great place to unwind and relax. The pool was great for the hot days and the little studio house had air conditioning. We enjoyed mountain view’s from the house. The drive to town was about 7-8 min. Totally recommend!

Great peaceful getaway

Very clean and well kept pool house. Hosts were helpful and friendly but left us alone to enjoy our stay. Absolutely lovely and peaceful little slice of heaven, relaxing by the private pool looking at the surrounding mountains. Hiking trails up the road are easily accessible. Really a great dot to stay if you prefer to be away from the action and noise of town. Thank you for sharing this with us!

Cozy with private pool

The cabin was cute,cozy and clean with lots of windows and a view of the mountains from the pool area. It was just outside of town and a welcome respite from all the crowds in Leavenworth.It was great to have a private pool with a deck to enjoy the outdoors. The hosts provided a bottle of wine and k-cups for the Keurig along with tea,hot chocolate and instant cider packets.

It was everything we needed. Very close to downtown, designated parking, clean guest house with all the necessary amenities. We met the owners, they were friendly and cleared a path through the snow at 7 in the morning. 10/10!
