Walking distance to the new Leavenworth Adventure Park, adjacent to the Icicle Junction mini golf course and at the mouth of the Icicle Valley which boasts supreme hiking, climbing, XC skiing, and golfing, you will find no shortage of entertainment here! If relaxing in the sun or burning off some energy sounds good, head on over to the community pool/whirlpool area and enjoy some time in the water. For those not wanting to skip their daily workout routine, there is a fitness center available too!

Oh and did we mention that just a short walk away lies the bustling downtown area overflowing with shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms? This home has everything you could want in a getaway location, all the convenience of being close to downtown and the quiet and privacy of staying out of downtown.

Looking to spend a night in? Pour yourself a choice beverage and get cozy on the plush sofa, turn on the fireplace, and open that book you finally have time for. You’ll find everything you need to whip up an appetizing entree in the fully stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops and rich wooden cabinetry, but if you’re not in the mood to cook just walk across the grounds to JJ Hills Restaurant or head over to the iconic drive-in restaurant HeidleBurger.

This condo is on the second floor and you will need to climb stairs to access the unit.

This condo is located in Icicle Village Resort but is not part of the Resort. Some of the amenities, such as the free buffet breakfast are NOT INCLUDED with this rental. You are welcome to still enjoy the buffet and will just need to pay for it.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancellation policy.
