Do not book this property. We booked months in advance to come to Leeds for a conference. The host cancelled at 10pm the night before with no message explanation. When I called he just said it’s double booked no apology nothing. I know the real reason is he figured out it was Uk Reiif and thought he could get more so left us 5 women with nowhere to stay. There was no other options in Leeds available within the price Verbo would cover so half of our group had to cancel coming loosing money on train fairs etc and the others had to find friends to stay with. I would not give this Shark your money

Stayed here with a group of friends for an Otley Run. Really lovely, clean property, felt very homely. The host was great at communicating and responding to any messages I had. Would definitely stay again
