We stayed on the 10th floor. It was so quiet with a great view of the city centre. The room was like a studio flat which was fab. Breakfast was very busy and there was clearly not enough staff to keep everything stocked up. Apart from that once we did get breakfast it was good. The restaurant was lovely as was the rooftop bar

The staff were all extremely polite and helpful. The room was clean and tidy with more room than we expected to relax. Our stay was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Our breakfast was very tasty with enough choice to ensure that we left full. We would definitely stay again.

The selection of cereals at breakfast was limited, was ok for kids. Coffee machine in the room with only one pod, additional requested but never arrived - either provide them or do not have the machines in the room. Appreciated the facility of the fridge, sofa and fitted wardrobe, but the light from the microwave clock was very bright (had to search for the switch to turn off at night!)
