- The whole of the property is accessible. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house. Access is self check-in via a lock box and the code will be sent to the guests on the day of check-in.

- We prefer to give our guests space to enjoy the property, however we do live locally, so if necessary, one of the team can attend.

✔ Not Suitable For
- Unfortunately our home is not suitable for hen & stag parties or any loud gatherings. We prioritise a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests and our neighbours.

✔ Must climb stairs
- Our home is spread out over two floors and stairs must be climbed to access the first floor. Please consider this if this is a concern.

✔ Pond
- Please be aware that our property contains a pond in the back garden, which may pose certain safety considerations, especially for young children or individuals unfamiliar with water bodies.
