Brilliant stay in Leeds. Very clean and spacious hotel room in a perfect location near the station. Staff were also friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed to visit my daughter. The room was very clean although the bed was well used. The apartment style is really good Reception staff were nice. One in particular took time to chat and was very friendly.

Good location and fulfilled our requirements

Very spacious and clean apartment. Gave us the space we required to meet up with family which was the reason for choosing this particular accommodation. No parking. Received 30% discount at Qpark nearby but need to prebook. Building work was taking place at the back of our apartment so expect lots of noise from 8am. The double glazed windows don’t appear to cut down on the noise. There was only a choice of vegan croissants for breakfast by the time we went to collect ours at 9am

Perfect Stay

We were looking for a 2 bedroom stay for us, our teenage daughter, and our 10 month old. Roomzzz came up asa 2 bed apartment option, which suited our needs perfectly. We were very impressed with the hotel; apartment was spacious and very clean, and we will absolutley stay here again if in Leeds.

The room smelt strongly of cannabis, throughout our stay. The plugs in the bathroom, along with the extractor fan also didn't work. We notified the property but nothing was done to sort it out.

The only issue I had with this property is the beds are way too low in the standard rooms. However, it was suitable for two persons. The view from the fourth floor was not great as there is construction going on and scaffolds equipment are the first things we saw when we open both windows. It was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. We only brought food and personal preferential items. I was disappointed I couldn’t extend as the property was fully booked. The bathroom was nice with an Enclosed shower. Great lighting, working AC - took some time to get cold but definitely worked. The room is very much a studio. Don’t think it’s suitable for 3 people. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.
