Step into Heron`s Flight, our comfortable & nostalgic hideout on Lake Murray designed for making lasting memories! With a cozy vintage interior decor, you`ll feel instantly at home, like you`re visiting loved ones.

The patio is equipped with a gas grill, perfect for cooking up meals. You`ll find three Smart TVs inside — one in the living room, one in the primary bedroom, and another in bedroom 3. Enjoy evenings by the interior gas fireplace or relax in the living room recliner while exchanging stories & catching up. The home is wheelchair accessible with a ramp in the garage, and the primary bedroom features a walk-in shower with no step-over edges for easy access. Bedroom 2 also has an office desk and chair.

Lake Information:
- The water level is typically 10 - 15 ft at the end of the dock. This is subject to change based on the season. Please search `Lake Murray Lake Levels` for accurate information.
- There is room for 2 boats at the dock.
- There is an outlet at the dock.

Please note that the primary bedroom is connected to bedroom 2 through the closet. You have to go through the closet to get to the ensuite bathroom as well. Guests in the primary bedroom and bedroom 2 can share the ensuite bathroom, or guests in bedroom 2 can use the full hall bathroom. You can access both bedrooms without going through the other.

You will receive a “boarding pass” upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details!

Please note that if your stay is longer than 3 weeks, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. This will be sent through a money request.

We are very close to the water and on a wooded lot, expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without a refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

A starter amenity package is provided for each reservation. These items are intended as a complimentary starter supply only and may not be replenished during the stay.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

For stays longer than 21 days, we charge an additional cleaning fee. If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense.

Early check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
