Äskettäin vuonna 2010 avattu Almond-huvila on kaksikerroksinen ylellinen huvila (120 neliömetriä), joka sijaitsee 600 neliömetrin kauniissa yksityisessä puutarhassa, jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta (yksi kummassakin kerroksessa), joka tarjoaa loistavan majoituksen 4-6 henkilölle.
Pohjakerroksessa on avoin oleskelu- ja ruokailutila, jossa on sohva (joka muuttuu helposti tavalliseksi parivuodeksi), satelliitti 48 tuuman LCD-TV, DVD-soitin, HiFi (iPod-liittimellä), ilmainen WiFi-internet ja täysin varustettu moderni keittiö. varustettuna uunilla, jääkaapilla, kahvinkeittimellä, mikroaaltouunilla, astianpesukoneella, pesukoneella jne.
Ainutlaatuisesti suunnitellun olohuoneen täysilasikuorman ansiosta sinulla on suora pääsy terassille ja uima-altaalle sekä upeat merinäkymät. Keittiön vieressä on makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta (jotka voidaan yhdistää toisiinsa, jotta saadaan normaali parivuode, jossa ei ole keskiväliä), myös suora pääsy terassille, ja moderni kylpyhuone, jossa erittäin tilava suihku ja wc.

Talo tarjoaa kauniin subtrooppisen puutarhan, uima-altaan alueen aurinkotuoleilla ja sateenvarjoilla, suuren terassin, jossa on puutarhakalusteet ja BBQ-alueen. Tarjolla on myös oma pysäköintialue. Kaikista verandaista, parvekkeelta ja koko uima-altaalta on upeat merinäkymät.
Almond Villa tarjoaa ensiluokkaista majoitusta kauniissa ympäristössä, joka tekee lomastasi Lefkadassa yhden muistettavan.
Tämä huvila sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Megáli Pétra. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan ja pyykinpesutilat. Huvilassa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

Beautiful Villa

Such a beautiful Villa. The garden is truly one of the best we have ever stayed in & the pool was just right temperature wise. The views, one side the sea & the other side the mountains is spectacular. Inside the Villa is modern, clean & very comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. Added bonus of Netflix & several global tv channels. View from the upper balcony is amazing. Area is great, a few walkable places to eat & a little further a field some of the best beaches on the island. Really can't think of any negatives.

Beautiful villa with a stunning view

We really enjoyed our stay on Almond Villa. It was spacious, immaculate clean and very comfortably and thoughtfully furnished. We had a lot of space for the whole family. The bedrooms were big, with comfortable beds and plenty storage space. The bathrooms were big and well oganised. The kitchen has everything for cooking, including the dishwasher. There was plenty of dishes and utensils, also condiments and cleaning products. The garden and the pool were very well maintained - very green, with a shady terrace where we had breakfast with a view. The views were also stunning, especially sunsets. We didn't use the pool much, as it was a bit fresh in october, but it was a perfect size, with sunbeds around and also very clean. There was a barbecue as well. There was a parking space behind the house, enough for two cars. Communication with the owner was very easy, Harry was very friendly and helpful and ready to come anytime to solve anything. We liked Lefkada island very much. Although we were off-season, we found plenty of places to eat in the neighbourhood, we enjoyed not crowded beaches and mild weather.

Très belle villa située dans un petit village typique de l’île. Environnement calme. Villa récente avec tout confort. Très joli jardin bien entretenu. Piscine agréable. Vue splendide sur la mer. Jolie plage à 10 minutes en voiture en contrebas de la villa. Dans le village, il y a 5 restaurants et 3 mini-markets atteignables à pied, ouverts en haute saison. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la villa. Le propriétaire, Harry, est sympathique et toujours disponible.

Great villa, great views

We loved our 10 days at Almond Villa and didn’t want to leave. It’s one of the best villas we have stayed in; it’s so well laid out, spotlessly clean, comfortable with amazing views and of course the beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Harry the owner is very helpful and kept in contact throughout the holiday in case we needed anything. We were offered a change of clean towels and sheets halfway through our holiday. This villa has the benefit of being within easy walking distance of a couple of local shops and tavernas. Thanks Harry for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. We would love to come back one day. Excellent villa with a fabulous garden

Almond Villa proved to be an excellent choice for our feeling-a-little-guilty holiday in Lefkada. The guilt came from the UK government’s legal but don’t go advice about travelling to amber-listed Greece. All this led to some uncertainty about our travel plans, but Harry, the owner of Almond Villa, remained laidback throughout. The standout feature of the villa was the immaculately-tended Mediterranean garden around a generous-sized pool. The villa has two large bedrooms with an open-plan living room/dining room. The kitchen adequately equipped for simple meals. Internet access was fast and reliable. Of the three tavernas in the village, just one called Verandah was open. This served standard Greek fare with generous portion sizes. 6 km away, Agios Nikitas, offers a wide variety of eating places, of which we thought Maestros, run by Harry’s cousin, was the best, largely because it offers vegetarian and vegan options. We’d also recommend Rachi in Exanthos, about 10 km away, which offers fine dining in the clouds at very reasonable prices. Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Lefkada and would strongly recommend Almond Villa.

Beautiful villa, excellent sea views, great location

This villa is beautifully presented and Harry the villa owner was a pleasure to deal with. The villa has excellent sea views and is very private. There are a couple of villas that can be seen from the garden and pool but they are far enough away and were no problem in terms of 'being overlooked'.

Die Villa liegt am Dorfrand mit Blick auf einen Berg von wo aus die Gleitschirmflieger abspringen...und links das Meer. Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet der Außenbereich gepflegt. Auf der Terrasse ( mit Beleuchtung ) haben wir bis in die Nacht Karten gespielt. Im Dorf ein kleiner Tante Emma Laden in dem man das nötigste bekommt....auch wenn der Ouzo Abends um 20 Uhr leer ist. Volle Empfelung und 5 Sterne von uns. M.&M. A.&B. aus der Lüneburger Heide

Wir, zwei Griechenlandkenner und -liebhaber, verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Haus der Familie Verginis. Der noch sehr ursprüngliche Ort, vor allem aber das wunderschöne Anwesen haben uns von der ersten Minute an verzaubert; alles ist blitzblank und hochmodern; Harry und seine Frau sind die perfekten Gastgeber: unaufdringlich, rücksichtsvoll und sofort vor Ort. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wirklich "zu Hause" gefühlt. Kalamitsi ist ein Bergdorf mit durchaus eigener Infrastruktur einschließlich eines bemerkenswerten Dorffestes; zwar ist auch dieser Ort Opfer der Hauptsaison ... aber selbst das war sehenswert. Nicht ganz so gute Tavernen und Minimärkte für den täglichen Bedarf sind wirklich fußläufig (3 Minuten). Tipps für sehr gute Tavernen und Strände (Auto notwendig) gibt Harry. Wenn wir diesem Haus gerne mehr als 5 Sterne geben würden, dann deshalb, weil einfach alles stimmte: die Lage, die Aussicht, die Ruhe, die perfekt durchdachte Ausstattung von Haus und Garten, die Gastgeber. Es war Entspannung pur ... Sobald wir in der Vor- oder Nachsaison reisen können, werden wir dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Beautiful villa with great views and a lovely garden

Very well appointed villa with beautiful views and garden in a peaceful setting. Only 3 km (twisty hairpins) from stunning but still quiet beaches. Harry was a perfect host - not pushy but spot on with local restaurant recommendations when asked. We had a wonderfully relaxing week, plenty to do on Lefkada but happily stayed in the villa all day. Thanks and hope to come back soon.

Beautiful villa

After a week of sailing around the Ionian Islands, we have had a superb week at Almond Villa. It is in a stunning and quiet location and proved to be a great spot to enjoy a week of sun, pool and relaxation for the whole family (we have a 9 year old and 11 year old). The girls loved it so much it was hard to persuade them to leave to explore the nearby beaches (all very pretty but be prepared to brave some hairy hair pin bends to get to them!) The Villa has been well thought through to provide a comfortable and easy stay. It is also spotless and well maintained. Harry was on hand for any queries and provided a change of towels half way though the week. A 3 minute walk brings you to the village which is small but has a couple of mini marts with all the necessities. A grill house is great for take away pita gyros and there are also a couple of decent tavernas at the far side of the village. Other reviews have mentioned the sound of dogs barking in the distance, but we heard nothing. We have no hesitation in recommending this comfortable villa with stunning views and hope to return again some time soon!

Absolutely perfect - Almond villa delivered on expectations and more

Our family of four enjoyed a wonderful week in Almond villa. After an exhilarating week sailing around Lefkada, Almond villa provided a perfect base to relax and explore the beaches and mountains. The villa feels crisp, modern and very comfortable. Everything is well maintained and very clean so settling in is easy. Each bedroom has an adjacent bathroom and its own patio area through sliding doors so feels quite private. There are stunning views from the garden and the first-floor balcony where we spent a few evenings with a sundowner watching the sunset and star gazing. The garden is delightfully landscaped and as well looked after as the rest of the villa. Harry and his wife were lovely and attentive. Kalamitsi is an unspoilt village which has enough facilities for visitors, 3 restaurants including a good value grill /gyros and 2 mini supermarkets but is not overrun by tourists quite the opposite in fact. Kalamitsi beach and Athani beach are truly stunning and the best beaches I have seen in the Med, though both only accessible by car via a narrow cliff-hugging road, which can be nerve-wracking but so worth it and apart from Sundays not crowded. Yes the sea is really that blue and the beach looks like a permanent glossy photo shoot. We also explored the mountain villages again on hairpin roads but you are rewarded with breathtaking views over the valley and sea. I thoroughly recommend staying here to experience a relaxed and authentic slice of Greece

Erg mooie villa met alles erop en eraan.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in Kalamitsi. Prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk zwembad. Ook eigenaar Harry stond altijd voor je klaar, zeer vriendelijke man. Kan iedereen dit verblijf aanraden.

Clean, smart, spacious and comfortable villa with well kept garden and outstanding views out to sea.

Harry and his family, the owners, live nearby and are always helpful and considerate. The house is within an easy 5 minute walk of the village which has at least two shops for food supplies including fresh fruit and veg, wine etc. Kalamitsi also has three cafes with two more just outside it. There are more shops and restaurants a few miles away in neighbouring villages including Aghios Nikitas (the biggest resort on this part of the island) . From the villa there is a choice of three really stunningly beautiful beaches at the bottom of the cliffs - a steep two miles drive - and there's plenty of other beaches nearby. We had a fabulous time in the villa, in the water, walking the hills (get a walks book and map) and exploring the inland villages too-be prepared for rugged winding roads but it's worth trying each plane treed village square and café!!

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt - in jeder Hinsicht

Kurz gesagt - wir wollen wiederkommen. Am Rande des wirklich ursprünglich gebliebenen Dörfchens Kalamitsi liegt mit Blick auf Mandel- und Olivenbäume die Villa Almond. Alle angebotenen Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit aber alles ist eigentlich noch schöner. Das Haus ist in allen Bereichen hochwertig erbaut und hat einen großen Wohlfühlfaktor - perfekt für 4 Personen. Noch wertvoller ist aber die tolle Betreuung von Harry, der gerne mit guten Tipps hilft, auch versteckte Perlen zum Essen zu finden. Unser kleiner Dackel hat sich übrigens auch perfekt erholt!

Wunderschöne sehr gepflegte Villa mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir verbrachten sehr schöne Tage in der Villa Almond. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr bemüht und für Anfragen jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.
