Villa Irida is located on the east coast of the island of Lefkada in Greece, just a short walk from Nidri Beach, a popular seaside destination. Boasting a natural harbour location, the town of Nydri offers bars and tavernas right on the water’s edge. For boat trips around the Ionian islands and small-town charm, this property is the perfect base. This villa welcomes you with an open plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find everything you need from a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi through to a washing machine and coffee machine for maximum convenience and comfort. To keep you cool, this property also provides air conditioning all year round. Outside, panoramic views surround the villa. Nestled among the lush green rugged landscape, Villa Irida offers incredible views of mountain peaks and the clear turquoise sea below. With a private swimming pool, sun loungers, and an impressive outdoor dining area with a built-in barbeque, you’ll cherish every moment spent in this paradise. Two bedrooms and one bathroom comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Neighbouring Villa Morfeas and Villa Adriani, Villa Irida boasts a suitable location for extended families and large groups travelling together.

To access the villa there is a path which is 400cm wide, there are no steps but there is a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. The driveway is steep so please take care. The rest of the exteriors are flat, however they are crazy paved which can be uneven in places. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 78cm wide, whilst the bathroom door is 70cm wide. There are 15 steps to the first floor.
