Charming, authentic, and comfortable family villa, ideally located in a peaceful setting in Piraillan, just a 10-minute walk from the Arcachon Basin and the shops of Le Canon (Chez Pascal bakery, Casino Shop, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, etc.).
A 4-minute bike ride to the ocean beaches via cycle paths and to the Piraillan market, and 6 minutes from the Piraillan reservoirs, a protected natural site ideal for observing local wildlife.
This beautiful two-story villa offers a peaceful and welcoming holiday setting. It features two sunny terraces, perfect for enjoying relaxing moments with family or friends over breakfast or a summer dinner, thanks to its barbecue and griddle.
The ground floor comprises a spacious and bright living room opening onto the terraces, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Three bedrooms are available: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and ensuite shower room, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a bedroom with two single bunk beds (90 cm). A second shower room and separate WC complete this level.
