This exceptional villa seamlessly blends modern architecture with the charm of traditional wooden houses from the region, creating the perfect setting for a dream getaway. It consists of a main house and an annex, where each space is designed for comfort and conviviality. Numerous terraces, both covered and open, as well as a heated pool, an outdoor bar, a barbecue area, and a pétanque court, provide unforgettable moments of relaxation. The ground floor of the main house features a spacious living area that includes a high-end kitchen, a dining room, and a lounge with a fireplace. This level also includes a bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, a laundry room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, an office space leads to four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The annex offers two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a TV lounge upstairs, as well as a summer kitchen perfect for dining by the pool. A two-car parking area, an outdoor shower, a surf rack, and an electric bike charging station add to the many advantages of this secure home. Our property manager will welcome you at the apartment when you arrive to give you the keys. And we remain available throughout your stay if necessary.

The villa is located in Le Canon, an idyllic spot where the Atlantic Ocean provides an exceptional natural setting. Just a few steps away, the beach invites swimming and relaxation. A few kilometers away, the majestic Dune du Pilat, the highest dune in Europe, offers a spectacular view of the ocean and the Landes forest. You can also rent a boat to explore the Arcachon Bay or bikes to discover the picturesque villages of Le Canon, L'Herbe, and Claouey, famous for their local markets, oyster shacks, and seafood restaurants.

The villa is ideally located to explore the region. You can easily get around on foot, by bike, or by car to discover the beauty of Cap Ferret and its surroundings.


A security deposit of €4,500 is required for all reservations.

Pool heating is included from May 1st to September 15th. Heating outside this period will be available upon prior request and will incur additional charges.
