The property is located on the Lombardy side of Lake Maggiore. The roads are comfortable and easy to navigate. Laveno Mombello is only 10 minutes away where a Car ferry service runs every 20 mins to the Piemonte side of the Lake. The towns of Laveno, Ispra and Luino are all very eary to reach by car.
