Service was great on arrival. Few items needed updating which I mentioned on leaving such as window not closing properly and a single bed mattress that was rock hard. Generally fine. Needs aircon in the future Id suggest. Still, good staff and location.

The stay was good and value for money. The only issue I had was after paying my parking to the reception for my stay. I got a parking fine sent to my house which I am now fighting to understand why.

The room. Was clean tidy and fresh the gentleman on the evening shift was working on his own and was really getting on with it helping everyone and even when I had my hands full with bags and he was busy with customers he stopped to offer me a hand credit to your team I’d definitely stay again

Check in was slow , not down to the staff but a guest wanting to tell his life story. Eventually checked in they ask for £5 per day parking which is not on website. If you book direct with days inn it is free . Rooms were good , plenty of worktop space . Bathroom clean and tidy and shower all fine . Pity about having to pay for parking as I believe this should be included in the hotel price when booked. Won’t be back for this reason as my company pays the hotel but not parking which equates to £25 to £35 per week out my own pocket .

Comfortable stay

Everything was ok but there was a strong smell of fags in the room and a few brown stains on the carpet. Also a bit annoying you have to pay for parking when it says free parking
