Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Avoid at all costs

Arrived at property and waited in East Bond St for nearly 2 hours whilst in contact with a Travelnest rep only to be told the owner was unable to accommodate me. It’s nearly 2 weeks since the booking fell through and no refund
