Welcome to our beautiful three-bedroom home in the heart of Leigh-on-Sea – the perfect base for family holidays, weekend getaways, or business trips.
Located just a five-minute stroll from the vibrant Leigh Broadway, where you'll find an excellent selection of independent boutiques, cafés, restaurants, pubs and bars. The charming Old Leigh fishing village is also a short walk
One of the home's biggest advantages is its private driveway with space for three cars, a rarity in Leigh-on-Sea.

Whether you're preparing a family meal, enjoying a leisurely breakfast or relaxing after a day exploring Leigh-on-Sea, this light-filled space is designed for bringing everyone together. Large bi-fold doors open onto the private garden, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living during the warmer months.
The house comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three inviting double bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and quality bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep. The spacious second-floor bedroom benefits from its own private en-suite bathroom, offering a peaceful retreat with added privacy. It also features a Smart TV with streaming services, making it the perfect place to unwind.
The first-floor double bedroom is bright and spacious, with easy access to the main family bathroom, while the third double bedroom offers equally comfortable accommodation, making the home ideal for families, couples or groups of friends.
In addition to the open-plan living space, there's a separate front lounge with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV – perfect if you want a quiet spot to relax, read a book or enjoy a film while others make use of the main living area.
Outside, the generous enclosed garden provides plenty of space to enjoy the fresh air. Dine al fresco on the patio, relax with a morning coffee or an evening drink, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The garden is furnished with outdoor seating, including a dining table and chairs, along with a bench and garden swing for lazy afternoons.
To make your stay even easier, the property also offers private driveway parking for two cars – a real luxury in Leigh-on-Sea and ideal if you're exploring the local area or travelling with family and friends.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
