Meribel Mottaret - Laitelet
Méribel-Mottaret, at an altitude of 1750m is the second centre of Méribel. The residential area of Laitelet is halfway between the centre of Mottaret and the "Hameau" where ski shops, mini markets, restaurants, and bars are located. You can take the "Chalets" gondola, open from 7:30 am to 11:30 pm, to reach both areas.
Depending on your residence, the ski slopes will be directly opposite, or you can take the "Chalets" gondola to join the centre of Mottaret. From the centre you will find all the ski lifts, the ski school meeting points and the kindergarten located on the Châtelet side.
On the left side, in the Châtelet area, you will also find the Vanoise park and its magnificent Tuéda lake where you can practice cross-country skiing in the middle of the Tuéda nature reserve.
You can reach Méribel Centre via the shuttle (Line D) or by the "Truite" ski run.
