Discover this charming 2-room apartment + sleeping area of 28m² in Les Menuires, Les Origanes residence in the heart of the Réberty 1850 district. The residence with lift offers individual ski lockers and ski-in access. The accommodation, designed in an authentic chalet style, is bright and carefully fitted out. It offers an ideal setting for rejuvenating family holidays.
Each space has been designed for comfort and conviviality. You will find a living room with its lounge area, television, a dining area to enjoy our local specialities, a master bedroom equipped with a double bed (width 160 cm), a warm sleeping area offering 2 bunk beds (width 80 cm) invites you to rest after a day of skiing.
The independent kitchen offers all the necessary equipment to prepare delicious family meals: ceramic hob, combi grill and microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker kettle, toaster and all kitchen utensils.
The balcony, a true asset of this accommodation, will allow you to enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and appreciate the activity on the ski slope. A moment of pure relaxation awaits you each morning, with a coffee and a breathtaking landscape.
Located just 50 metres from restaurants, convenience stores, ski rental shops and in immediate proximity to ski slopes, this apartment offers a strategic location for winter sports enthusiasts. The two lively districts: La Croisette or Les Bruyères are approximately 10/15 minutes on foot and a free shuttle service is at your disposal.
The apartment is equipped with electric shutters. Please note that accommodation does not allow pets and is non-smoking, no WIFI, rigid floor throughout the apartment, equipped with duvets and pillows. Public parking outside. A file fee of €45 is to be expected from the agency.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. Possibility of renting through our agency upon request. (single bed 20 €; double bed 25 € kit 2 towels 15€) End of stay cleaning not included, (possibility to order the service: 80 €). A deposit of €450 will be requested for key collection at the agency.
