No Aircon.

It is July 2024 and the temperature is 36c and the hotel doesn’t have air con - we didn’t even bother checking in to the hotel!

I booked this trip for business, the information provided stated it had a golf course on site, this wasnt the case which was very disappointing. Also the rooms were very dated, not very comfortable at all, I will not be staying again

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix, on a un beau cadre, un joli manoir, on y a mis des meubles et c'est tout, rien de foufou. mauvaise literie, pas de débit de douche, et pas d'eau chaude, signalé mais rien n'a été fait.le jus d'orange est le seule truc sympa. je ne passerais plus par votre site pour cette raison.

VINTAGE CHARM BUT AVERAGE RECEPTION

APART FROM A GOOD PROVISION AND SERVICE AT BREAKFAST FROM PHILIP OUR HOST, WE NEVER HAD ANY INTEREST SHOWN ABOUT WHAT WE NEEDED TO DO OR SEE, NO GOING OUT OF HIS WAY REALLY. ROOM WAS VITAGE AND CHARMING BUT LACKED SOME PERSONALITY, ROBES HAD COBWEBS SO WE NEVER USED THEM. NO TV - OK ! NO FRESH TOWELS ON OFFER DAILY, AND THEY WERE RATHER OLD AND USED. NO TEA COFFEE FACILITY IN THE ROOM OR DOWNSTAIRS ON OFFER, ACTUALLY IT FELT LIKE NO ONE WAS HOME- SO WE SPENT THE DAY OUT MOSTLY. WI FI ??

Wonderfully quiet and cozy!

I have been here three times in 7 years. I love returning, and am always happy with my stay! Very quiet here too, it's why I choose this country manor home. I will always return. Enjoyed great conversations with other guests as well. Very enjoyable weekend and quiet time.

gorgeous place

The most beautiful hotel. We loved it. Bathroom with copper bathtub was just stunning. Great host, best yoghurt I ever had for breakfast. The WiFi works only in common area and is very slow.

French country manor

This place turned back time. Felt that it was my home away from home and lucky to be there! Met two like-minded families from other countries that we intend to keep in touch with. One guest was rather particular and totally did not appreciate the experience. Too bad for her! Natalie, the owner, was accommodating and got us out of a jam on a religious holiday.

This small quaint hotel is out standing, it's rural on the outskirts of Paris but only a short trip on the train in to the city. Car parking at station is free and takes the hassle of having to drive in to the city. Trains are fabulous cheap and only two stops in to Paris. Disneyland is a 15 minute drive and the airport is a short drive as well excellent in my eyes .

A real treat for a weekend getaway

Stunning hotel with some lovely features. Slightly limited with regards the services available, but you expect that from this style of 'Family Run' hotel...its adds to the charm. The Family suite is nice...would definitely visit again.

Charming and elegant country house hotel

Right out in the country, peaceful, elegant and charming, this country manoir is really worth a visit. Owner came out to welcome us when we arrived, and couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast is served at one long table, and there is a lovely sitting room with armchairs and sofas. There are also two terraces with beautiful views of the grounds, which would be lovely to sit on in warmer weather. We would definitely return here.

Nice stay in a Historic building

Nice stay out in the country in a unique historic building. Staff was friendly. Very quiet except for dog barking at 4:00 am and fan that runs in the bathroom all the time. With out that, it was extremely quiet. I shut the bathroom door the second night which eliminated most of the fan noise, and the dog never barked the second night. I would stay there again for sure.

falls short in many ways

Good points quiet and comfortable beds.Bad points no towels changed in 3 days, no walk-in shower only over bath, low water pressure high sided bath potential risk, thin scatter rugs on wooden floors another risk, no TV in room, only a TV annex with 2 chairs for 6 rooms, restrictions put on use of only lounge in hotel as the family used this after 9 m, the breakfast was small and the piece of bread and 3 mini croissants were counted out daily, very often there was no staff and the 1 member we seen was not that helpful, no information about the area only a printed list of restaurants. There was far too many rules for a really good stay and certainly these were all in the owners favour, not for me again
