LES GETS RENTAL: Comfortable, bright, and well-maintained two-bedroom apartment, equipped for up to 6 people, with a surface area of ??48 m², on the 1st floor (no elevator) of the "PLEIN SOLEIL" residence. Located on Chemin du Léry, ski-in/ski-out access is available. Ski-in/ski-out access is 30 m away. 250 m from the resort center and shops. Please bring snow gear as the last 50 meters are steep. There is one lock-up garage. Electric heating.
Description: Entrance hall with storage - 1 cabin bedroom closed by a sliding door equipped with two single bunk beds + a shower and sink - Living/dining room equipped with a fireplace and TV, access to the south/east-facing balcony - Kitchenette open to the dining room equipped with a two-burner electric hob and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, upper and lower storage cupboards with a complete set of cookware - 1 bedroom equipped with a double bed (140 cm) + two single bunk beds (90 cm) + storage - Shower room (shower, sink) - Separate toilet. Ski locker on the ground floor.
Linens (sheets and towels) and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental; this is an optional extra; see agency services.
