Fully equipped, one-bedroom apartment of 44 m² on the first floor without lift, boasting a fabulous balcony with great views of the slopes. Living area of 27 m². Fantastic location opposite the ski lifts, only 50m from the point of departure for ski lessons, in the very centre of the resort. South-East aspect.

Restaurant open for lunch on the ground floor of the residence.
