Description: Small entrance hall with storage - Living/dining room equipped with a double sofa bed (140 cm) and a television, with access to the balcony - Equipped kitchen area (3 induction hobs and electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, storage cupboards with cookware) - Bathroom (shower, sink) - Separate toilet - Access to the upper floor: a mezzanine equipped with two single trundle beds (90 cm) + a bedroom equipped with a double bed (140 cm).
