The Space:

Step inside and you'll find a bright, comfortable apartment designed with families and friends in mind. Large windows bring the mountains into the living space, while the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day exploring the valley.



The open-plan living and dining area is made for spending time together, whether you're sharing breakfast before heading to the slopes, planning the day's adventures or relaxing after dinner.



The apartment comfortably sleeps six guests across three bedrooms:



• A spacious double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe

• A twin bedroom, ideal for friends or children

• A bunk room with a single top bunk and a double sofa bed below



There's also an additional double sofa bed in the living room, making Grand Tétras a great choice for larger families or groups of up to nine guests.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for easy holiday meals, including an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and all the essential cookware and utensils.

The family bathroom and separate WC make getting everyone ready for the day that little bit easier.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment throughout their stay.



You'll also have access to:

• A private ground-floor ski locker, making it easy to store skis, boots and outdoor equipment

• Easy access to the building and apartment on the first floor



Self check-in is available via a secure key box, allowing you to arrive whenever it suits you after 4pm.



The Neighborhood:

One of the things guests love most about Grand Tétras is its location.



The Prarion cable car is only a one-minute walk away, with the ESF ski school just beyond, making winter mornings wonderfully straightforward for families.

You'll also find a bakery, mini-market and family-friendly restaurants within easy walking distance, while the regular ski bus connects you to the rest of the Chamonix Valley.



In winter, Les Houches is loved for its relaxed atmosphere and beautiful tree-lined ski runs, offering some of the most enjoyable skiing in the valley.



In summer, the area becomes a peaceful mountain playground with woodland walks, mountain bike trails, climbing, family activities and the lovely Lac des Chavants all close by.



Getting Around:

Exploring Les Houches and the wider Chamonix Valley couldn't be easier, as well as easy access to all that Les Houches has to offer.



The Prarion lift is just 150 metres from the apartment, while the ski bus stops nearby, connecting you with Chamonix, Brévent, Flégère, Argentière and Le Tour throughout the year.



From Bellevue, you can board the historic Mont Blanc Tramway to Nid d'Aigle for unforgettable mountain scenery and summer hiking. You can also travel towards Saint-Gervais and easily access the Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area.



Guests staying with Chamonix Holidays receive a Carte d'Hôtes, giving complimentary travel on the local train between Servoz and Vallorcine. It's one of the easiest, and most scenic, ways to explore the valley.



Other Things to Note:

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every stay, along with end-of-stay cleaning.

Our Winter Tip



One of Les Houches' greatest strengths is its beautiful forest skiing. On snowy days, or when weather affects the higher lifts elsewhere in the valley, the sheltered blue and red runs from Prarion offer some of the most enjoyable skiing around.



If you're travelling with children, you'll appreciate being just moments from the ESF meeting point. Ski school mornings couldn't be much easier.



Our Summer Tip



Take a gentle walk or bike ride to Lac des Chavants, where you'll find picnic areas, climbing, tennis, children's play areas and peaceful lakeside walks with spectacular mountain views.



For those wanting to head higher into the mountains, the Bellevue cable car provides access to wonderful hiking routes, including the Carlaveyron Plateau, the Bionnassay suspension bridge and some of our favourite panoramic walks.
