Come and enjoy the alpine air of this pretty house in a chalet at the foot of the slopes of the 1800 resort, located in a 4* residence in the heart of the Les Orres resort, with a surface area of 43 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 14 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy the shared relaxation area: swimming pool, sauna, hammam! Covered private parking, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 14 m² with sofa and TV.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee maker...

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed and a double sofa bed.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- A separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A 2m² balcony accessible from the bedroom with the double bed on the floor.
- A terrace of 8,5m² accessible from the living room with 2 folding armchairs.

Common area:
- The outdoor swimming pool (heated) as well as the wellness area (spa) of the residence are open from the first week of the Christmas vacations until mid-April and during the school vacations: July/August.
Opening dates and times are not binding and are subject to change by the residence.
The swimming pool of 10x5m has an electric shutter and is fenced.

The apartment is ideally located at the top of the resort 1800, at the foot of the slopes and the lifts of the resort! You will also find all the amenities in the immediate vicinity: bakeries, butchers, stores, restaurants, pharmacies...

Activities :
Nature lovers, sports enthusiasts: skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, dog sledding, snow scooters, rail sledding in winter or mountain biking and snow sports on the lake of Serre-Ponçon in the good weather, this destination is made for you! In the heart of a larch forest, you will enjoy the vast ski area in winter, the Bike Park in summer and hiking trails where families, friends and sportsmen can enjoy outdoor activities. This growing resort offers a large number of activities in the summer: horse riding center, swimming pool, paintball, climbing, via ferrata, accrobranche, summer sledging that will satisfy young and old.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking lot of the residence (assigned space).

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Shuttles from Paris, "Navettes Blanches" from Marseille and Aix-en-Provence and shuttle from Embrun station.
- Chorges train station located at 35 km, Embrun train station located at 17,6 km
